The Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation recently conducted a series of impactful sessions in Sri Lanka on Dignified Menstruation, collaborating with various organizations. These sessions aimed to raise awareness and foster discussions on the importance of Dignified Menstruation for gender equality, and ethical practices.

One of the sessions, a Capacity Building Program on Gender, Dignified Menstruation, and Ethics Discourse, took place in Colombo organized by Viluthu Sri Lanka. Participants engaged in informative discussions and received valuable training to enhance their understanding of these crucial topics on Dignified Menstruation.

In another significant event, the Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation interacted with the World Bank of Sri Lanka. The session focused on the pressing issue of Dignified Menstruation, highlighting the need for inclusive policies and support from financial institutions.

Furthermore, the Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation held an Interaction Program with Shanthi Maargam Sri Lanka, emphasizing the significance of Dignified Menstruation within the local context. This engagement aimed to foster partnerships and collaborative efforts to address challenges and promote positive change in Dignified Menstruation.

Additionally, Viluthu Sri Lanka organized the Reusable Pad Making Training in Putalam, Sri Lanka. The event saw the participation of 30 enthusiastic individuals who gained hands-on experience in creating reusable pads. This initiative aimed to empower participants with sustainable and cost-effective solutions for Dignified Menstruation.

The Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation’s sessions in Sri Lanka were a resounding success, fostering dialogue, and promoting Dignified Menstruation.
