It’s been my pleasure to work for The Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation. In the past three months, I had the opportunity to translate the organization’s YouTube videos and research papers, give feedback on social media, put together social media posts, edit research papers, expand the Coalition’s work by setting up their very first Latin America chapter, and learn a lot about the Dignified Menstruation movement worldwide. Radha and her team give interns a lot of liberty to work on things that interest them and are very flexible about work hours. Overall, it’s been a great experience. I would recommend it to anyone who really wants to devein into a growing field among nonprofits that promote gender equality and human rights.
